Share Your Vision & Receive a Quote
Tell us what you’ re looking for. To provide an accurate quote, we’ ll need the following:
1. Desired shape and cut style
2. Size ratio (e.g., length vs. width)
3. Approximate carat weight
4. Preferred color and clarity
5. A sketch or reference image, if available
Please note: Due to the unique nature of custom-cut diamonds, certain trade-offs may be necessary. For example:
· If you request specific measurements (e.g., 9.5 × 6.5 mm), pricing will be based on size—not carat weight—and the final carat may vary.
· If both carat and proportions are fixed, face-up size is determined by their relationship and cannot be customized separately.
· D–E color or VVS clarity requirements may be limited or result in higher costs.
Our experts will evaluate your request and walk you through the best options available.

The Cutting Process Begins
If no re-cutting is needed, this stage typically takes about two weeks. The full process includes:
1. Rough stone selection (usually three candidates)
2. Machine inspection for clarity and weight estimates
3. If unsuitable, new roughs will be sourced or selected from existing stones
4. Cutting begins once a suitable rough is confirmed
5. Post-cutting evaluation of color and measurements
6. If the result doesn' t meet your expectations, we start again with a new stone
Due to the complex and highly professional nature of this process, we won’ t provide step-by-step updates. However, rest assured—once cutting is complete, we’ll send you a video for your review.

Frequently Asked Questions
Several factors can raise the cost:
· Unusual elongated ratios
· D or E color
· VVS clarity
· Custom pavilion or crown angles
Note: #1 and #4 often require large rough stones and result in higher loss during cutting. #2 and #3 typically require reworking pre-certified stones, which increases the cost significantly.
Unfortunately, we cannot provide a 3D model preview, either before or after payment. Each rough stone is unique, and our pre-inspection tools only offer preliminary clarity and weight estimates. Much of the preparatory work—such as stone selection and feasibility evaluation—can only begin after an order is confirmed.
Because of the extensive prep and planning involved, we do not recommend making changes once cutting has started.
