Important Production & Shipping Reminder Ahead of Chinese New Year 2026
Dear valued customers,
As the 2026 Chinese New Year holiday approaches, we would like to kindly remind customers who plan to purchase make-to-order jewelry listed on our website (excluding designs that require specially cut center stones) as Valentine’s Day gifts to please place your order no later than January 27, 2026, and consider selecting expedited production where appropriate.
Orders placed after this date may not be completed and shipped before the holiday period.
This reminder also applies to customers who need to receive their orders at any time in February, as well as those who require delivery by March 10. Due to the extended holiday and production schedule adjustments, lead times during this period will be significantly impacted.
