At Fiorese Jewelry, we are committed to delivering your jewelry safely and efficiently worldwide. Please review the following shipping information before placing your order.

1. Production & Processing Time

Most Fiorese jewelry is individually crafted upon order. Production timelines may vary depending on the design, customization requirements, and stone availability.

Estimated production timelines:

  • Ready to ship items: typically ship within 3-5 business days
  • Standard made-to-order jewelry: typically ships within 3-4 weeks
  • Custom-cut diamonds or highly customized projects may require additional production time

Please note that expedited production may be available for selected designs. If you require expedited service, please contact our team before placing your order.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

After shipment, most international deliveries typically arrive within approximately 7–10 business days.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates only and may be affected by:

  • Customs clearance procedures
  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier delays
  • Regional logistics disruptions
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Fiorese is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control.

4. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping number.

Customers may track their shipment directly through the carrier’s tracking system using the provided tracking number.

5. Signature Requirement

For security purposes, all jewelry shipments require an adult signature upon delivery.

6. Shipping Address Requirements

We are unable to ship to:

  • PO Boxes
  • APO/FPO addresses

If you wish to ship your order to a FedEx, UPS, or DHL pickup location, we recommend confirming in advance that the location offers package holding or pickup services. The pickup location address may then be entered directly as the shipping address during checkout.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is accurate before shipment.

7. International Orders, Duties & Taxes

Duties & Taxes

Duties, taxes, VAT, import fees, and customs-related charges are not included in the order total at checkout unless otherwise stated.

These charges are determined by the customs authority of the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs Clearance

Once the shipment arrives in the destination country, the local courier or customs office may contact the customer regarding applicable customs charges or clearance procedures.

Delivery may be delayed until customs requirements and payments have been completed.

Refused Shipments

If a shipment is refused due to unpaid duties, taxes, or customs charges:

  • Return shipping costs
  • Customs-related fees
  • Carrier handling fees

will be deducted from the refund amount.

8. Currency & International Payments

Prices are displayed and processed in the currency selected at checkout.

Fiorese is not responsible for:

  • Currency exchange fluctuations
  • Foreign transaction fees
  • Bank processing fees charged by the customer’s financial institution

9. Shipping Insurance & Responsibility

All shipments are packaged securely for international transit.

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier and tracking information has been issued, delivery responsibility transfers to the carrier. However, our team will continue to assist customers in resolving shipping-related issues whenever possible.

Customers are encouraged to monitor tracking updates and remain available for delivery coordination when required.
