Care, Warranty and Returns

At Fiorese Jewelry, each piece is crafted with precision and care. We are committed to supporting you throughout the lifetime of your jewelry with clear, transparent policies and dedicated service.

1. Warranty and Repairs

1-Year Complimentary Warranty

We provide a one-year warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects and issues arising from normal wear.

This includes:

  • Prong tightening
  • Resetting loose or missing small accent stones (excluding center stones over 0.30 ct)
  • Chain and clasp repairs
  • Ring resizing (when applicable)

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper handling
  • Normal wear such as scratches or surface marks
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs performed by third parties

Repair Options

1. Return to Fiorese for Repair

  • Within 1 year: Repairs are provided free of charge for non-human-caused damage
  • After 1 year: Repairs are available for a fee depending on the type of service required
  • Customers are responsible for shipping the item to Fiorese
  • Fiorese covers return shipping after repair

2. Local Repair (Within 1 Year Only)

  • Available only within one year of delivery
  • A valid repair invoice must be provided
  • Repair cost will be reimbursed after review and approval
  • Local repairs after the one-year period are not eligible for reimbursement

After the one-year warranty period, repair services remain available. A workmanship fee and service charge will apply based on the nature of the repair. A quotation will be provided before any work begins.

2. Returns and Exchanges (Ready-to-Ship Items)

We want you to love your jewelry. For Ready-to-Ship items (shipped within 3 business days), we accept returns under the following conditions:

Return Conditions

  • Return request must be made within 15 days from the date of delivery
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • All original packaging, documentation, and certificates must be included

Return Authorization

  • Customers must contact us prior to returning any item
  • Unauthorized returns may not be accepted

Fees & Shipping

  • A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Customers are strongly advised to use trackable and insured shipping methods

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Items that have been resized, modified, or engraved
  • Items that have been previously exchanged or upgraded

3. Custom Orders Policy

Each Fiorese piece is crafted to order with careful attention to detail. Due to the personalized nature of custom jewelry, the following terms apply:

Returns & Refunds

  • Customized products are not eligible for return or refund after delivery, unless a verified quality issue is confirmed
  • Non-quality-related reasons (including personal preference, price comparisons, or dissatisfaction with promotional pricing) are not valid grounds for return or refund

Order Cancellation

For made-to-order items:

  • If production has started (including stone procurement, CAD design, or material allocation), a 30% service fee will be charged
  • If the item has been fully completed but not yet shipped, a 50% service fee will be charged

Special Case: Custom-Cut Diamonds

  • Customers are responsible for full return shipping costs
  • All return-related customs duties must be covered by the customer
  • A 40% service fee will be deducted from the order value
  • All fees will be deducted directly from the refund amount

4. Quality Issues and Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Customers must provide clear photos showing the issue
  • A description of the problem must be included

If photos cannot be provided, please contact us for assistance.

Definition of Quality Issues

Covered issues include:

  • Loose prongs not caused by external force
  • Structural damage to metal not caused by misuse

Not covered:

  • Wear and tear caused by improper use
  • Scratches or surface damage

Discounted Items

For items purchased under promotional or discounted conditions:

  • Repair costs may be reimbursed within a reasonable limit upon submission of a valid repair invoice
  • Customers may also choose to return the item

Return conditions:

  • Item must be returned in original packaging
  • Return shipping is supported via USPS only (if applicable)
  • Refund will be processed within 3 business days after inspection

5. How to Return

Step 1: Contact Us

Please contact us via:

Include:

  • Order number (with "#" in the subject line)
  • Reason for return
  • Any relevant details or images

If your issue can be resolved without a return, we will assist you accordingly.

Step 2: Prepare Your Return

  • Include all original items, packaging, and documentation
  • Diamond certificates must be returned in original condition

If certificates are lost or damaged, a replacement fee based on actual certification costs will be charged.

Shipping Guidelines

  • Do not include words such as “jewelry” or “diamond” on the package
  • Use double-box packaging for protection
  • Use secure, staffed shipping locations (do not use drop boxes)
  • We recommend FeDEX, DHL or your local postal service
  • Insure the package and retain the shipping receipt as proof

Fiorese is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

6. Refunds

Processing

  • Refunds are processed within 3 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

International Orders

  • Refunds are issued in USD
  • Exchange rate differences are not covered
  • Any bank or foreign transaction fees are the responsibility of the customer

Chargebacks

  • For credit card refunds, please allow one billing cycle for the adjustment to appear
