Step One

Clarify Your Needs

Custom design is ideal when:

1. The market has no matching styles.

2. Existing pieces are over your budget.

Step Two

Discuss Details & Request a Quote

Please provide:

1. Desired center stone specs: shape, cut, carat, color, clarity.

2. Ring setting requirements: design references, band width / thickness, high or low setting.

3. Design images or AI renders (if available).

Note: If your preferred stone isn’t in stock, we’ll offer a custom-cutting quote based on your specs. (See our Diamond Customization Guide for more info.)

Step Three

Confirm Order & Payment

We’ll begin production after receiving full payment or a 50% deposit.

Step Four

Production Workflow

1. CAD Design: 2 business days

2. CAD Review: Review size, design, materials, and stone data

Modifications allowed (major changes may incur fees)

3. CAD Approval → Production (2 weeks)

We'll send you a detailed video for final approval once the piece is complete.

Step Five

Delivery

After you confirm it is good, and finish the balance ( if have), your jewelry will be carefully packed and shipped.

Common Questions (Q & A)

Q1: I already have a main stone. Can you make just the setting?

A: Yes. Please provide:

1. Main stone shape & certified dimensions (IGI link preferred)

2. Clear front & side views of the stone

3. Note: You must ensure a trusted local jeweler can set the stone for you

Q2: Can I see a 3D render before payment?

A: Yes, for an additional fee. This takes 7 business days and depends on design complexity. Not available for hand-sculpted items. We generally recommend CAD as it’s already sufficient for previewing the final look.

Q3: What’ s your modification policy after CAD is approved?

A: Changes must be requested during the CAD stage. Any redesigns post-approval may incur charges for materials and labor. We encourage consolidating your changes into one list.

Q4: Can I get certification (e.g., IGI) for all stones?

A: Yes, but keep in mind that each gem incurs a separate certify fee. This can be expensive and adds to production time.

Q5: Why are prongs slightly uneven?

A: All prongs are handmade and polished by craftsmen. Slight asymmetry is normal and not considered a flaw.

Q6: Why does final metal weight differ from the CAD file?

A: CAD weight is unpolished. Polishing always reduces the final weight.

Q7: How long does custom jewelry take?

A: Usually 2–3 weeks post-order. Add extra time for custom-cut stones or certifications.
