Customization Process
1.Clarify Your Design

2.Place Your Order
You can place your order through our online store or receive an invoice via email (Paypal invoice) and complete your payment.
3.CAD Design (3 business days)
Our expert team will create a Computer-Aided Design (CAD) based on your specifications.
4.Review the CAD Design
You will receive a CAD sketch to review. This is your chance to confirm or request changes to the design before we proceed.
5.Ring Production (14 business days)
Once the design is approved, we will begin crafting your custom ring.
6.Video confirmation
Before shipping, we will send you a video of the finished product for your final approval.
7.Shipping
After your approval, we will carefully package and ship your custom ring to you.
